CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT AN EXPO INSTEAD OF SHIPPING?
Yes, you can arrange for picking up your tarantulas at one of the Expos we have booked for. We encourage preordering for pickup due to the chance that the tarantula you want may sell quickly once the VIP ticket holders are allowed access to the expo buildings.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We ship Monday thru Wednesdays. We do not ship past Wednesday incase there is a rare instance
that there is a delay in shipment. Safety of the animals is our priority. Orders must be received by 5pm Sunday deadline for a
Monday ship date. All live animals are shipped overnight.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No we do not offer shipping internationally. All shipments withing the US only.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Paypal, Zelle, Cash, Facebook Pay or we can invoice you through Square for credit/debit card payments. Contact us if none of these options work for you and we will do the best that we can to work with you.
